So many things in our world can trigger our stress response. Stress impacts our body and our brain and creates a fight or flight response. When we are stressed, our minds have difficulties focusing on what needs to get done–both at work and at home. It impacts our bodies and our natural immune system.
Learn some simple steps for self care including incorporating meditation, yoga, breathing patterns, using supplements and essential oils to improve focus, productivity and an overall sense of well being. Exhaustion can create an inability to regulate our mood and health. Disfunction happens across the body with stress and it is on alert and not able to return to homeostasis.
