This workshop is designed to help employees and employers learn about and sample meditation and more significantly “buy into” the idea of meditation as a powerful tool for positive change in the workplace.  An ideal workshop for employees, and also for corporate wellness program decision-makers that are considering investing in an onsite ongoing Meditation program for employee wellness but would like to confirm the value of their investment based on program deliverable and employee interest.

Participants will:

  • Learn what meditation is and how to meditate
  • Understand how and why meditation works – the science,
    research and exciting evidence behind it
  • Practice a group meditation and experience what can be
    gained from meditation practice
