This workshop teaches the fundamentals of great nutrition.  There are a lot of myths and misinformation about what we should be eating and what is healthy, this workshop is designed to sort through this information.  We cover genetics and obesity, how hormones effect weight loss, what is the problem with sugar, what to buy organic, are fats good or bad for you, the best types of meats to eat, and how toxins in our food effect your weight and health.  We also provide handouts for all participants and answer questions at the end of the workshop.
