I have given presentations at medical schools, VA hospitals, and conferences for mental healthcare professionals. I have written a book, won awards, and and founded the Reiki Brigade, a group of 30 Reiki practitioners who volunteer their services to help populations in crisis.

Here’s what I can share with your group:

Receive a private gym tour where you will learn proper form, how to use the fitness equipment, accessories and machines properly to prevent injury. Cut your training time in half by effectively combining proper muscle groups to effectively maximize your workout. I will also provide a 21 day training program for you to follow along until you become familiar with the machines and training equipment so you may develop your own style.

Do you want to start a walking, run-walk, or running program, but don’t know where to start, are intimidated by people who are “real runners”, or think you have to be in better shape before you start?
To help encourage our clients and others living/working in the Bethesda-area to get and stay active, we created a FREE walk, run-walk, run program. The program starts on August 3, 2016 and continues thru October 16, 2016. We leave from Nu’U Vitality Center’s office at 6:30 pm on Wednesdays and 8:30 am on Sundays.
Coming from work? No problem! You can change at our office. And since runners usually ask this question…yes we have bathrooms you can use as well as a water fountain (feel free to bring your water bottle with you). You leave belongings (car keys, extra clothes, etc.) in our office while you’re out, but please don’t bring valuables as we can’t be responsible for them.
To participate all you have to do is sign up and then show up. You don’t have to attend every session…just join us when you can!
