Nutrition Seminars for your Wellness Program!

Our Nutrition seminars are presented by a NC Licensed Registered Dietitian (RD). Employers can choose a topic of choice or choose from one of our popular nutrition topics such as:

1. Nutrition tips for the Busy Professional– The RD will review quick, easy and inexpensive ways for the business professional to stay healthy and energized at work/on the road/at business meetings. Employees will receive tips and tools that can be incorporated into routines the following day.

2. Managing stress through Nutrition and Exercise– Stress is an unavoidable part of life but doesn’t mean it has to affect the health or performance of your employees. This seminar will offer nutrition strategies to allow employees to condition their body so they can deal with life’s daily stresses.

3. Supermarket smarts and Reading Labels- The RD will discuss tricks to healthy shopping. Employees will also learn what to look for on labels and how to avoid falling for tricky marketing claims. **This session encourages employees to bring items from their pantry to learn how to read labels and to get ideas for better options.**

The concept of the ABC Kick-Off Event is to join together with a group of like minded people to get fit, lose weight and make healthy choices. It is the FIRST STEP in a 12-Week Automatic Body Club to help people get healthier. Joining together with others increases your results by as much as 80%. I can come to your place of work, or outside the workplace at your location, it’s up to you.

The Kick Off Event gives you a chance to taste the products and see what the Automatic Body Club is all about.
