This workshop will present an overview of the exciting new field of nutrigenetics. Many gene variants have been identified which are related to diet, exercise, and general health. We will go through several examples and review how this information can be used (from a saliva-based DNA test) to improve one’s health, enhance fitness, and lose weight. Research has shown that personalized dietary advice based on a person’s genetic makeup is more successful at achieving lifestyle changes compared to current ‘one-size-fits-all’ dietary recommendations.

Our Stress Free Lunch Break is the perfect solution for a group that takes staggered lunch breaks. In this work shop, we bring a catered lunch to you and do free stress screenings. This is always a super fun (and probably the most popular) workshop we offer because everyone in the office likes to see who is the “most stressed out.” We take time with each individual participant to go over the results of their screening, and provide ways to reduce stress and improve posture. The stress screenings typically take 2 minutes per person.
