1) Provide information and handouts surrounding research and statistics that explain how Meditation helps the body for various ailments such as depression, anxiety, pain modification, etc.
2) Describe the essence of Mindfulness and how it works
3) Utilize several different types of meditation including the sitting down meditation, 3-minute meditation, 45 minute meditation, walking meditation, laying down meditation, the body scan meditation, etc.
4) Answer questions.
