Dr. Amy Shu at Winston Chiropractic Care is an Advanced Proficiency Rated Doctor in Activator Methods. This is a gentle form of chiropractic. There are no pops, clicks, twisting or bending. Just specific adjustments.
Dr. Amy is also a Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner (CKPT). This is a taping technique using a specialized tape often seen in Olympians but it is also great for everyday conditions. Its goal is to either facilitate weak muscles or relax overactive muscles.
Another goal of Dr. Amy is to provide nutritional advice using a whole food company called Standard Process. Working together with the patient Dr. Amy’s goals are to help each patient be the healthiest they can be.
