Train Yard 317 is a fitness facility that serves kids to seniors with an abundance of activities and classes available. We are proud to have several local celebrities on our team that have appeared on the hit show American Ninja Warrior. With our Spartan SGX specialist we have prepared individuals as well as business groups to participate in Spartan Obstacle Course races which build teamwork and communication skills. It is our goal to encourage a healthy lifestyle, assist those who want to be active and have fun simultaneously. We aren’t just a regular gym, we are a place where people can be who they are and join others in their own fitness journey who encourage one another above all else.
