Tami Ju, owner and founder of TJ Wellness, is a Nutritional Therapy Consultant and Restorative Wellness Practitioner in Salem, Oregon, serving clients throughout the United States.

Certified by the Nutritional Therapy Association as well as studied specialized nutrition from Julie Matthew’s program: BioIndividual Nutrition Institute and training with Restorative Wellness Solutions, Tami focuses on the whole individual, with customized solutions for each patient – based on their specific needs.

Tami has worked with clients with a variety of health challenges including: digestive dysfunction, Acid reflux GERD/heartburn, IBS, Candida, parasites, gallbladder dysfunction, allergies and immune system issues, adrenal fatigue, menopausal symptoms, PMS and PCOS, as well as male hormone changes.

Tami uses an individual patient-based strategy. Using a combination of lab testing, a detailed exploration of health history and a lot of detective work, Tami has had success with resolving client health challenges. By assessing nutritional imbalances, using labs and supplements where needed, a customized plan is developed for the individual to focuses on long-term well-being and restored health.

With a passion to help individuals, as well as children, to heal and restore health grew out of Tami’s own personal experience when her son who had many health challenges when he was younger. Through diet and supplementation he’s resolved most of his issues and is now a healthy teen. Her work with nutrition has informed her on how to support her family in good health. She has learned first-hand how food and nutrition affect health, learning, and behavior associated with many childhood disorders. Because of the brain and gut connection, it’s possible to improve symptoms of many disorders through food and nutrition intervention. However, because every person has their own bio-individual needs, this requires a personalized individual approach
