?#?thenext56days? focuses on 4 vital areas of our health : releasing fat, balancing blood sugar, detoxing, & lessening inflammation by balancing minerals in the body. We incorporate healthy nutritious foods (kids even like) and teach how to prep/make in today’s busy world. We also focus on learning to read labels. And you’ll learn how to eat out “56 style.” This is an 8 week course where we build a reference/cook book together and sample foods made in class.

The 8 week course focuses on introducing the food list, establishing healthy simple habits, and the ideals of homeopathy. The 8 week course is $99.99. (In class price ) Reestablishing balance in our body is key. We have found homeopathy has been instrumental in our clients success. Our homeopathic class kits include the 8 week class, a homeopathic supplement, personal coach and a complete amino acid protein shake. The kits range from $125-249 a month and this includes the 8 weeks course and a personal coach. Homeopathy is an amazing “natural approach” to many different aspects of your health not just weight loss. Anyone wanting to lose weight, we set a goal of 1/2lb – 1lb a day.
