RN4U

RN4U is a group of registered nurses that serve as healthcare advocates to assist patients in making educated, informed decisions about their healthcare.  RN4U nurses specialize in working with the senior population as well as breast cancer patients.

Some of the services that RN4U nurses offer include:

• Prepare you for and accompany you to medical appointments
• Educate you on a new medical diagnosis and/or disease process
• Help you locate the best physicians, hospitals and treatment options available
• Review your prescriptions and other medications to make sure there are no conflicts
• Assist you with managing a chronic and/or complicated disease
• Provide comprehensive in-home assessments
• Obtain and organize your medical records
• Arrange, supervise and support your caregivers in the home
• Coordinate your overall healthcare
• Assist with medication management
• Help you develop end of life planning and paperwork
• Assist you in filing insurance claims, disputing denials,and managing/reducing your hospital bills
• Assist you with senior housing options
• Make referrals for you to community resources in your area
