Many people have a misconception about what it means to be in shape, or physically fit. Being physically fit is not a specific body type. So cheer up if you cannot run a marathon, or climb Mount Everest because it doesn’t mean that you are not physically fit! We as individuals are unique, and so are our fitness goals, and levels of ability.

Physical fitness is a general state of health and well-being and, more specifically, the body’s ability to function efficiently and effectively in work and leisure activities. Being physically fit not only helps you feel good mentally, it also promotes a vast range of health related benefits such as regulating body weight, insulin resistance, sex hormones, and a healthy immune system.

At RLS Personal Training, I like to focus on incorporating fitness, and good health into your lifestyle. I will help you reach your fitness goals through a specific blend of high intensity interval training, cardiovascular training, and strength & conditioning, tailored to your particular needs, all while having fun!
