PROHEALTH Fitness is more than a fitness club.  A wide range of services are available for adults and children to promote and encourage healthy lifestyles.  In addition to personal fitness training, PROHEALTH Fitness offers a wide range of Rehabilitative Services and Medically Directed Programs.

Membership also includes a personal training sessions that will help you set your personal fitness goals and train you on the proper use of the equipment.  Your workouts are set up on our computerized “Fitness Advisor” program that allows you to track your progress and ensures an individualized fitness program.

Group exercise and fitness programs are available at no charge to members and are under the supervision of a trained instructor.
