Prestige Strength Fitness

Prestige Strength Fitness (PSF) started out as a brick and mortar gym back in 2011. Although we still reside in the same location, we have grown immensly and branched out into a variety of Coaching Systems in order to meet our members needs.

PSF IN-GYM COACHING: In a group setting where you will learn correct form and proper technique. Includes access to our fitness app, so you can still complete your workout if working later or out of town.

PSF ONLINE COACHING: Allows you to virtually workout with our coaches in the comfort of your own home through our app using a variety of gym equipment or just your body weight. Also included is nutrition coaching with customized meal plans and grocery lists as well as accountability coaching to keep you on track to reach your goals and form healthy habits along the way.

PSF ATHLETICS: Come into our gym and work with our strength and conditioning coaches to not only improve on your specific sport skills, but also work on mobility, strength, endurance, and nutrition. Our number one priority is to keep our members body’s and mind’s strong and healthy and it is no different for our athletes. 

PSF STYKU 3D BODY SCANS: Styku provides DEXA-quality body composition with medical grade accuracy and a non-invasive experience. Using the latest AI technology, it can predict fat muscle, bone mass, lean muscle mass, visceral fat, and more with less than 1% error which is better than any scanner we have ever come across. We will be bringing this to health fairs for everyone to get an idea of their measurements, so we can use them to build your nutrition plan.
