About The founder and owner David Jenkins: Graduate of Morehouse College and Marine Corps Veteran, with nearly 20 years of diverse experience in the Fitness and Wellness Industries which includes:

Preparing college students for Marine Corps Officer Candidate School (Bulldog)

Preparing U.S. Marines for combat (Desert Storm)

Developing Fitkidz – a fitness and nutrition program for local elementary schools

Earning the distinguished Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Personal Trainer Certifications from the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA)

Level 2 Russian Kettlebell Challenge Certified (RKC2)

8 years experience as a Healthy Living Instructor and Wellness Consultant for Kaiser Permanente.
