Frederique Beaufils, MA, CHWC

Frederique is a Certified Health & Wellness Coach through Wellcoaches School of Coaching whose training program is accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). She holds an MA in English from Paris Diderot University. She has trained extensively in yoga, mindfulness-based stress reduction, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, and biofeedback in France and in the United States.

Frederique is also a NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback Trainer, providing neurofeedback, aka EEG biofeeback, to children and adults. Neurofeedback is a computer-based stress reduction and mental fitness program that helps greatly with issues such as anxiety, depression, bipolar, trauma/PTSD, and attention deficit/ADHD. Neurofeedback brain training is a safe, natural, and effective method to regulate stress and emotions; improve focus and cognitive performance; and enhance well-being and quality of life.

As a coach, Frederique has a deep understanding of what it takes to harmonize body, mind, and soul. She provides a calm, safe, and non-judgmental space for clients to develop and maintain life-giving and health-promoting behaviors. 

She offers group workshops and presentations about stress reduction, emotional balance, self-care, and other health and wellness-related topics.
