As a National Board Certified Heath and Wellness Coach, Pamela has the education and training to enable her clients to take control of their health. Weight loss, improved sleep and stess management are just a few of the common topics addressed. Pamela always brings an attitude of non-judgmental fun and empathy to every coaching session.
As an Ergonomics Consultant, Pamela wants to help you decrease your risk of discomfort and injury by working with improper posture. After spending years working in Physical Therapy, Pamela is excited to prevent the headaches, neck and back pain, among others, that she so commonly treated.
