MedPro Wellness has the ambitious goal of helping everyone fight that difficult battle of living a healthier lifestyle. In a market that is flooded by mobile apps and technologies that produce no accountability we are finding a way to use technology to personally connect and change lives. In a perfect world we would all meet with a health coach on a weekly basis for support and guidance. In the real world budget and timing issues make that scenario impossibility for everyone. Our health coach monitored technology allows our staff to deliver these programs through a mobile app or web portal. Health coaches use an innovative platform that allows them to replicate daily, weekly and monthly personal touches in a cost effective and efficient manner through text, email and phone coaching. We also offer in person meetings, assessments and group seminars for increased engagement. Our customized health recommendations provide over 1 Million program variations that are based on an individuals goals and medical needs. Coaches are fueled by a technology that allows them to effectively and personally monitor each and every member of our family.

Our programs are consistently reviewed by the best minds in science, medicine, fitness and nutrition to offer timely and relevant suggestions. Programs utilize a simple yet effective strategy of creating a “Personal Wellness Checklist” where each item is based on an individual’s needs, medical history, commitment level, and experience. Our baseline program offers stress management, exercise, nutrition, and preventative health screening all of which produce medically relevant outcomes.

Our programs are delivered in an efficient and personal health checklist that offers members weekly or monthly goals. The checklist follows the guidelines of our Breathe, Move & Replenish program that offers a well-rounded approach to wellness via stress management (breathe), exercise (move), and nutrition (replenish). A typical member will start with a 12-week fundamentals program that caters towards beginners or those who have “fallen off.” The goal is to incorporate basic principles into our member’s lives and teach them how to incorporate these principles into their daily routine. After the fundamentals program the individual will transition to a more personally customized program and then a creative lifestyle maintenance phase. These programs were not built for fanatics but for the rest of us who struggle with being intimidated and uncomfortable. Our offering is centered around education and awareness with a coach providing the much needed accountability, motivation and support.
