Managed Care Concepts

Managed Care Concepts is Tropical Financial Credit Union’s Employee Assistance Program.  Your EAP is available 24/7 to support you and your family through challenging and stressful times.  Each employee and family member is eligible for up to 6 free counseling sessions to assist with a variety of clinical issues.  The service is completely confidential, your employers do not receive any information regarding your participation, and does not require a diagnosis or medical necessity like traditional mental health services do. 

In addition to the 6 free sessions of counseling you receive, you have access to a 24/7 hotline providing guidance and counseling by licensed mental health counselors nation wide by dialing 1 (800) 899-3926. Your EAP can provide you with assistance, support, or simply an empathetic ear at any time, day or night. 

Your EAP staff will ensure that they find a provider designed to meet your specifications, offering both in-person and telehealth options, and they will match you with a provider who accepts your insurance benefits in the event that you wish to consider treatment after your EAP sessions have been used.
