It is a privilege for me to assist clients in identifying and communicating feelings, priorities, and values and expressing these in ways that enhance connection and reduce conflict. I utilize an integrative approach that is client-centered and solution-focused. My goal is to empower clients to improve their communication, boundaries, relationships and well-being by providing the support and skills to express themselves clearly and compassionately while prioritizing their core values, needs, and wellness.
