Holistic Wellness By Fateria

My name is Fateria and it is my passion through Wellness By Fateria to be able to educate others on natural health, stress management and wellness principles, as well as encourage them to seek “alternatives” that may aid the body in healing itself. I currently am an Adjunct Professor teaching The Concepts of Fitness and Nutrition, Public and Community Health, School Health, Yoga and Pilates at Methodist University.  As a Certified Natural Health Professional and Holistic Wellness Coach, I  educate people about natural health remedies that may be beneficial to helping them to achieve the balance they are desiring to bring holistic health, fitness and wellness.  I believe that with better understanding and knowledge, people are able to take self responsibility, which leads to overall wellness, and seek out the best  programs that are available for them from all avenues. Just because someone does not know the answer, does not mean that the solution does not exist!  I teach people to seek and to never give up hope. As a Mind Body Fitness Specialist, I integrate the principles of yoga, Pilates and mindfulness to bring about relaxation and balance to those who desire it. I believe that helping employees bring the body into balance through mindfulness and relaxation will ultimately affect corporations bottom lines for the better. Under the right conditions, the body will heal itself, and become faster and stronger and with that knowledge I encourage others to be thier best and to find the push within them to reach any goal.  I coach others to allow nature to be their friend and to have faith in the natural process.   I offer organic products, fitness and nutritional products,Healthy eating workshops, yoga and mindfulness sessions as well as preventive wellness workshops and seminars.   can also do lunch and learn for corporate events.
