My name is Jackie and I’m a certified Massage Therapist at Healthy Habits Therapeutic Massage with more than 10 years of experience helping clients manage chronic injuries, increase performance in sports, improve relaxation, well-being, and overall health. 

Healthy Habits Therapeutic Massage performs therapeutic massage services including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone and Reflexology.  

Below is a brief description of each service. Please note I customize each massage to meet the needs of individual clients and integrate light stretching with multiple massage techniques into each session.

Swedish: Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.

Deep Tissue: Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface.

Hot Stone: Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously relaxing and centering.

Reflexology: Reflexology is a therapeutic method of relieving pain by stimulating predefined pressure points on the feet and hands. This controlled pressure alleviates the source of discomfort and pain.
