HEALTHFIT, LLC is a Richmond based medical fitness company founded by David Rachal III, MBA, CEO. HEALTHEFIT provides health and wellness services to individuals with chronic conditions. We have successfully worked with thousands of individuals ages 16 -100 using exercise as medicine to reverse their condition and decrease use of medications.

We offer each patient a personalized, sustainable approach to health through our 100% evidence-based protocols including applied exercise science, nutritional education, and lifestyle modification. We also provide group-based wellness strategies and programs to make many of our services more cost-effective. Our systematic approach allows us to maximize technology and produce monthly reports that contain valuable data for patients and physicians to facilitate a more meaningful and efficient approach to healthcare.
