Gosrani Optimal Health

Nimish C. Gosrani M.D. has been a practicing physician for 25 years. He received his M.D. from The Medical College of St. Bartholomew’s Hospital, University of London, UK in 1988.

He completed his internship in 1995 and his Internal Medicine residency in 1996 at Franklin Square Hospital Center, Baltimore, MD.

Dr. Gosrani is board-certified in Internal Medicine (1997, re-certified in 2007) and in Hospice and Palliative Medicine (2011).

In 2012, Dr. Gosrani was certified in Age Management Medicine by the Cenegenics Medical Institute, Las Vegas, NV. He is a member of the Age Management Medicine Group and an active participant in their annual conferences. His passion for this cutting-edge specialty thrives on reading the published studies and peer-reviewed research on the subject.

Dr. Gosrani has studied Okinawan Kenpo Karate for five years and now holds a second-degree black belt. He is also a competitive cyclist and has completed several triathlons in the past four years. Dr. Gosrani and his wife, Shilpa N. Gosrani M.D., a practicing pediatrician, are raising their two children in the Greensboro, NC area where they work. They maintain their active lifestyle by practicing the same principles of nutrition, exercise and hormonal balance he shares with his patients in the Gosrani Optimal Health program.
