Dimensions has been in business since 1991, founded and operated by David Machles and Karen Mastroianni. The company is B-Corp Certified and registered as an Under Utilized or woman owned business since 1993. The occupational health  nursing background of the co-principals has provided a holistic view of wellness, as well as the integration of safety and wellness. We offer a multi-dimensional approach to enhance well-being. As such, Dimensions has partnered with a variety of businesses on a range of wellness issues from screening and coaching to energy management and resiliency. Both principals have more than 25 years of experience working, and consulting in diverse occupational settings.

Many of our clients have continued with us since the late1990’s, and although we continue to maintain our root services, Dimensions has evolved to foster organizational well-being through all aspects of human dynamics within the workplace:

Our tagline is ‘making the workplace a better place.’ This includes not just physical components of wellness and safety, but also creating a positive work environment that supports well-being and is the essential underpinning for employees to feel safe and well without fear of reprisal. This requires not just physical safety, but emotional, social, and psychological safety. This foundation is based on leadership qualities & skills, positive relationships, and a culture that supports safety and health.

• Certified instructors for First Aid, CPR and AED Training. Our goal is to provide ongoing support, reviews and drill sessions to ensure that the Team has opportunities to practice skills.
