Radical acceptance, as you might call it, is not part of the default process of the mind (you might even notice you don’t like the word “acceptance”). This kind of employee-centric program has become increasingly important for businesses and organizations around the country as employers are learning that it is not enough to simply offer retirement plans like 401-Ks, insurance, and other traditional benefits.
