WHAT IS ZOETIC LIFE HEATH COACHING?

To improve the quality of people’s lives, Zoetic Life Health Coaching uses a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means exploring how all parts of participant’s life affect their health entirely.

Since 2017, Zoetic Life Health Coaching has helped people improve their health and wellbeing. Working together over the telephone, virtual and in person, we set realistic and sustainable goals and strategize how to get there.

 

WHY DO MY COACHING WORK?

Zoetic Life Health Coaching spend more time listening and less time “telling” and help direct a path from where the participant presently is by asking the right questions, at the right time, and in the right manner, regarding their behavior to where they want to be.

Coaching establishes a person-to-person connection. Goals can be modest and quickly achieved since there is no limit on the number of interactions between the coach and the participant. Each small accomplishment builds motivation toward real and lasting behavior change.

My method of coaching allows an individual to be self-guiding, self-correcting, and self-motivating, even after they have stopped working with me.

 

HOW DO ZOETIC LIFE HEALTH COACHING WORK?

Instead of emphasizing risk factors and personal limitations, Zoetic Life Health Coaching build individualized approaches to wellness. It emphasizes people’s strengths, capabilities, creativity, and what people value most by using the following concepts:

PRIMARY NOURISHMENT

It’s not just the food we eat that affect our health but other factors in our daily lives, such as, healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity, and spiritual awareness. They contribute to our sense of fulfillment and they are essential forms of nourishment that are easily overlooked. When they are balanced, what we eat becomes secondary.

BIO-INDIVIDUALITY

Each of us has distinctive food and lifestyle needs. Support is provided to make positive changes that are based on individual needs, lifestyle, preference and heredity background.

OVERCROWD

When eating and drinking foods that are good for us, we naturally have less room and develop a decreased yearning for unhealthy food in our diet.

ANALYZE CRAVING

Craving play a vital role in comprehending what the body needs. Understanding cravings and what they’re really telling us can help to reclaim a sense of balance and unity.
