Revitalize Medical Group

Revitalize is led by board-certified, fellowship-trained physicians who specialize in hormone replacement therapies and women’s wellness medicine. Many providers practice functional medicine after short weekend courses. We have completed extensive training, including a board certification from the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and the IFM’s AFMCP course among many others. At Revitalize, we have the ability to access all available resources when creating treatment plans for our patients. We recently started using software, the Living Matrix, for a complete functional medicine assessment.

We give patients the time they need to tell their story and ask their questions. Most new patient appointments are 45-60 minutes long, with results visits lasting 30-60 minutes. Instead of just treating the symptom, we try to first find the root cause of the problem.
