Maryellen Stamos is a registered nurse with a BSN from Mount Saint Mary College. She is an Institute of Integrative Nutrition health coach and a member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. She runs the Complete Health Improvement Program in the Bay Area in California. She specializes in working with clients, both local and remote, to halt or reverse type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and autoimmune diseases. Her clients set goals to integrate lifestyle medicine principles into their lives. She works with her clients to keep their physicians closely aware of their condition and progress.
