Primary Health Partners

Primary Health Partners is a direct primary care practice. Direct Primary Care or DPC is a membership based practice.  We do not take insurance/medicare/medicaid and instead patients pay a monthly fee & all their well care, urgent care, chronic illness care, virtual care and procedures are covered. Our DPC clinics also offer low cost cash labs and wholesale pharmacies on site to reduce costs for our patients. We offer longer appointments and better access.  We do not limit how often patients can access care and can also provide care via text, phone and video. We are here when patients need us. It’s like having a doctor in the family.
