O3 Health and Fitness is a private personal training studio dedicated to finding the best fitness and health program for each individual client of any age, while still being flexible with specific needs, such as health and physical concerns that may arise at any time during the fitness journey.  We strive to create a welcoming, safe and ethical environment where all can feel comfortable.
