As a massage therapist I work with the body to create balance and ensure wellness. My goal is to create a plan that keeps you pain free and prevents injuries before they become a problem. I offer a customized massage of the following techniques: Deep Tissue, Swedish, Trigger Point, Hot Stone, and Massage Cupping. I also have advanced training in peri-natal care, helping mother through pregnancy, birth (if desired), and postpartum.
