Intentional Steps Counseling Services, PLLC (ISCS) is a growing, multidisciplinary mental health practice committed to helping individuals, families, and communities thrive through compassionate, culturally responsive, and evidence-based care. We believe that healing begins with one intentional step, and our mission is to empower people to build resilience, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Our team of licensed clinicians provides individual, couples, family, and group therapy, specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, stress management, grief, relationship concerns, self-esteem, and emotional wellness. We proudly serve children, adolescents, adults, and older adults through both in-person and telehealth services, making quality mental health care accessible across North Carolina and beyond.

Beyond clinical services, ISCS partners with schools, universities, organizations, and community agencies to provide workshops, professional development, clinical supervision, consultation, and wellness programming designed to foster healthier individuals and stronger systems.
