The Hereditary Oncology Prevention Empowered Service Is designed for anyone who is concerned about their risk of developing hereditary cancer.

The HOPES program helps individuals find answers to questions, such as:

• Could my family’s cancer history be a part of a hereditary cancer condition?
• Are other members of my family at increased risk for cancer?
• Is genetic testing an option for me?
• Since I have had cancer, how can genetic testing influence my medical management?
• What is my risk for developing cancer based on my family history?

We provide free hereditary risk assessments and genetic counseling for anyone who has a family history of cancer.  

HOPES is a FREE Advocacy service that will Navigate Patients through each step of the Genetic Testing and billing process. A personal Advocate with be assigned to each patient with a family history of cancer and appointment recommendations and scheduled appointments for consultations with a Medical Geneticist MD, or certified Genetic Counselor will be made. We will also help those gain access to financial resources in the event of a critical illness, like cancer.
