Who is Val?

Val Fiott is the former Corporate Health Director for Ann Arbor’s EHM, and has served as a SME for the American Council on Exercise since 2010. His coaching is known for being deeply personalized, invoking decades of clinical knowledge in behavioral change, exercise science, health-risk stratification, weight management and motivational accountability. Val holds certificates from Harvard, Yale, Cornell and Stanford, and is a certified Holistic Health Practitioner.

Val is accepting new clients, either via videochat appointments, app-based video coaching services or in-person visits. Programs can involve regular sessions multiple times per week or periodic check-ins.
