Open to residents and outside members, WakeMed Healthworks at Cambridge Village offers adults age 45+ an exercise experience that is friendly, safe and fun! Members have the unique opportunity to enjoy specialty, medically directed exercise programs to meet their individual needs (arthritis, post-cardiac rehab, post-physical therapy, etc.) in addition to group fitness classes and fitness equipment. Open to our residents and outside members, 55 and over, the Wellness Center & Spa at Cambridge Village offers a new perspective on health & wellness.
