As posture experts, we offer Posture Awareness in the Workplace workshops teaching neutral posture as it pertains to neck, back, hip, and knee health.  This workshop is experiential and hands on.

We offer lunchtime yoga or meditation or both in your workplace.

We offer massage and bodywork in the workplace with a focus on evidence based pain and stress therapy.
