Applewood Centers

Applewood Centers is a private, non-profit agency providing mental health services, social services and education to children, adolescents and families living in Cuyahoga and Lorain counties.

Applewood Centers is dedicated to improving the lives of children in Ohio through high quality behavioral healthcare for children, teens, and their families.

Dedicated to addressing a variety of behavioral, emotional and learning problems, we provide a continuum of care from outpatient counseling to residential treatment. Services include community and school-based therapy, foster care and adoption, and The Gerson School – an alternative day school. We also offer an array of community-based services including psychiatry, in-home therapy, intensive outpatient groups, and prevention and consultation services.
