An Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA) is an employer-funded health benefit that reimburses employees for individual health insurance and eligible medical expenses.

It gives employers more control over how they fund benefits, while offering employees the ability to choose coverage that fits their needs.
