Accord Medical Group is an independently-owned primary care medical clinic founded by Dr. Philip Atigre, whose mission is to offer superior primary care and preventive care services in the Tampa Bay area. Accord Medical Group offers coordinated, continuous and comprehensive Primary Care and Walk-in Clinic services to people of all ages. Our Doctors and clinical staff care for all members of your family, treating illness and injury, promoting disease prevention and managing your most complex medical conditions. Accord Medical Group houses a state-of-the art and full-service laboratory, as well as medical imaging services, including digital x-rays, all conveniently available to you under one roof. Our independent status offers a unique level of care and harvests personal, meaningful relationships that are difficult to obtain in larger healthcare systems. Yet, our partnerships with the larger local healthcare systems allows us to take advantage of many useful resources, tools and specialists to ensure the best possible care for you and your family. We know that providing a superior continuum of care is paramount in ensuring a good quality of life. At Accord Medical Group we stablish long-term relationships with our patients, for this reason, we are also staffed with professional experts in the care of geriatrics (older adults) who also provide long-term and in-home care in assisted living, independent living and skilled nursing facilities. Having the same medical group manage your care throughout your life ensures that your medical history is already known and there is no need to get to know a new physician, allowing you to feel comfortable and understood.

When medical issues arise that are best handled in an inpatient or emergent setting, our providers have privileges at local hospitals to better serve you. Our providers can treat and direct admit to St. Joseph’s Hospital Main, St. Joseph’s Hospital North, Kindred Hospital Central and Kindred Hospital Bay Area. Direct admission is an alternative approach to hospitalization where our patients are sent to the hospital directly by our physicians when their health condition requires it.

Accord Medical Group takes pride in our commitment to having a live person answer your phone call, not an automated system, and are proud to say that our staff members speak Spanish to better serve our community. Also, we do not have a nurse triage “pool” for medical questions; when you call in asking to speak to a nurse, you will talk with your doctor’s triage medical assistants, creating a relationship of trust and understanding.
