Breeze Airways is excited to host a Virtual Open Enrollment Benefits Fair, powered by IAB Health Productions, designed to help employees explore, understand, and make informed decisions about their employee benefits for the upcoming plan year!
This convenient virtual experience brings participating benefits providers and valuable enrollment resources together in one accessible online location, allowing Breeze Airways team members to explore their available benefits regardless of where they work.
Participating benefits providers are invited to showcase their programs, share educational materials, explain available coverage options, and provide resources that help employees better understand the benefits available to them and their families. The event will focus exclusively on employee benefits and open enrollment information, making it a valuable opportunity for employees to review their options, learn about available programs, and prepare to make confident enrollment decisions.
From pilots and flight attendants to airport operations, maintenance, customer service, and corporate team members, Breeze Airways employees play an essential role in delivering the airline’s signature “Seriously Nice” experience. This virtual event is an opportunity to extend that same commitment to the employees by making benefits education convenient, informative, and accessible.

On-Site Event Fee $0.00 (calculated at less than .75 cents per anticipated attendee)
The Event Fee will only be charged to your credit card if the employer approves your participation in their event.
Mail-In Items
Can’t attend the event but would like to mail in goodies? You can submit a registration to mail-in items (raffle prize, goodies/samples) for the employer to distribute at the event for you. If approved, non-members are charged a $5.00 fee and receive an email with the event contact name and mailing address. The messaging link is also activated so you may communicate directly with the employer.
Coupon Codes: If you have been provided with a coupon code for an event, complete your registration details and proceed to Enter Payment Information. Below the billing section, open “Have a coupon code?” and enter your code. If a valid coupon code covers the full event fee, you do not need to enter billing or credit card details—agree to the terms and submit your registration. If the code covers only part of the fee, enter your billing and credit card details for the remaining balance, agree to the terms, and submit your registration.
Health Fair Membership
FREE to register and participate in health fairs held within the membership contract period. Membership options are available on your profile under the Membership tab.
Terms of Service
By Submitting Your Registration, You Understand:
Your registration for this event will be submitted directly to the employer for review. The employer will receive an email containing your registration details and a link to your profile. Please make sure your profile is fully updated before submitting your registration.
You will be notified of the employer’s decision via email. You may also review the status of your registration by visiting your profile and selecting the Event Registrations tab in edit view.
Employer-Provided Items (Requested)
All employers are asked to provide approved vendors with the following:

Your profile link distributed to employees in the event announcement

Face-to-face interaction with employees

A table and chairs (see table size listed above)

Linen, electricity, and extra floor space (if needed)
Please note: we cannot guarantee the employer will provide all items listed above or that the anticipated attendance will be accurate. If any of these items are not provided at the event, please take a moment to complete the event survey so we can follow up.
