With screening locations available nationwide and flexible onsite and voucher program options, we make it easy for members to access potentially life-saving health information while supporting wellness initiatives and helping organizations take a proactive approach to member health.

Our Onsite Event Program brings Life Line Screening directly to your members, employees, or participants at a location you provide. We handle the entire screening experience, including scheduling, staffing, equipment, clinical operations, participant communications, and marketing support. Screenings are conducted by trained healthcare professionals and provide attendees with valuable information about their risk for cardiovascular disease and other chronic health conditions. Cost Description: Several packages available including screenings for cardiovascular disease and stroke risk including and range from $168 per person - $446 per person. 1. Carotid Artery - Non-invasive ultrasound screening which detects plaque build-up in the major arteries of the neck, which is a leading cause of stroke. 2. Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA) - Non-invasive ultrasound screening to detect an enlargement of the abdominal aorta, the largest artery in the body. 3. Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD) - Non-invasive Ankle-Brachial Index calculation to screen for lower extremity vascular disease, which is a significant risk factor for heart attack and stroke. 4. Atrial Fibrillation - Non-invasive limb-lead EKG to screen for a common heart arrhythmia, which increases the risk of stroke 5-fold. 5. Osteoporosis- bone density ultrasound 6. Chronic Disease Risk Screening (hs-C Reactive Protein test, coronary heart disease, congestive heart failure, stroke, diabetes, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and lung cancer) plus 10-year risk of first-time heart attack. Risk assessment is based on health questionnaire, blood pressure, waist size, body mass index and blood test for cholesterol and glucose.
