This is a Public Workshop, you come to us!

Most teams already have ChatGPT. A few people use it every day, while others open it once in a while and go back to doing the work the long way. This hands-on workshop shows your team how to use it well, safely, and with confidence, so they get time back in their week and feel less stretched by their workload.
What would your team’s workday look like with a few extra pairs of hands?
In this workshop, each person learns to build a small AI team of their own. They give the direction, judgment, and final approval, and AI handles the busywork.
Dr. Rosemarie has used ChatGPT to build websites, develop presentations, organize projects, and create personal AI assistants for her business. She shows your team how to apply the same tools to their own work.
Imagine each person on your team with custom GPTs built around their role, their voice, and the way they work:

Here’s what your team will walk away with
Led by Dr. Rosemarie Mitchell, Doctor of Health Psychology, AI Workflow Strategist, and 17-year education leader. She understands how adults learn new skills and how a heavy workload affects a team’s energy and stress. Her goal is to help your people work with more ease and confidence.
Good to know: Up to 30 participants, delivered on-site or virtually. Each participant should bring a laptop with a ChatGPT account. A paid ChatGPT plan is needed to build a custom GPT.
Cost Description: The $4,000 starting fee includes a pre-workshop discovery consultation, a customized 3-hour interactive training session tailored to the organization’s roles and workflows, hands-on ChatGPT practice, AI safety and responsible-use guidance, and practical applications participants can immediately use in their work. Participants receive a custom prompt resource and takeaway materials for continued use after the session, plus 30 days of post-workshop follow-up support to answer questions, troubleshoot implementation, and reinforce what was learned.
Stress is part of everyday life. It can include the commute to work, picking up children after school, meeting deadlines, and juggling responsibilities within a limited amount of time. Sometimes stress is loud, showing up as headaches, tense shoulders, or restless nights. Other times, it’s quiet, affecting your mood, patience, energy, and ability to handle everyday challenges.
At Conscious Coaching, we take a holistic, 360-degree approach to helping you create a lifestyle that supports overall health and improves productivity.
With over 25 years of experience in health, fitness, and behavior change, I’ve learned that lasting results come from practical solutions that fit your life.
We explore how nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress management can strengthen your resilience and improve your energy.
One of my specialties is addressing stubborn weight and the relationship between chronic stress, hormones, and weight gain.
I’ve developed a practical approach that combines targeted lifestyle strategies with sustainable habits to achieve overall well-being.
My approach is collaborative, not prescriptive. I don’t believe improving your health should add more stress to your life. Together, we identify solutions that match your lifestyle, capabilities, interests, and needs, while helping you move away from restrictive dieting and toward healthier, more self-affirming behaviors.
Through coaching, workplace workshops, wellness apps and practical resources, we help you manage stress, make healthier food choices, enjoy physical activity, and prioritize the people and experiences that matter most. I know from personal experience that this is about much more than weight loss. It’s about having the energy, confidence, and capacity to enjoy your life.
We’re rooting for you, and we want you to win.
