About Zoetic Life Health Coaching & HaulWell™

Who we are

Zoetic Life Health Coaching helps professional drivers build small, repeatable habits that keep them healthy and ready for work. Our flagship program, HaulWell™, is a preventive wellness layer focused on blood pressure control and smart hydration—built for real truck life (home-daily, regional, and OTR).

What we do

  • Simple tools: A hydration plan, hydration card and quick guides that fit the day.

  • Tiny routines: 60-second start-of-shift and end-of-shift check-ins, plus two “smart-sip” reminders tied to natural pauses (pre-rollout, mid-route, post-trip).

  • Light tracking: Easy BP logs and hydration check-ins drivers will actually use.

  • Fleet view (de-identified): Participation and readiness trends for HR/Safety—never personal health data.

Why this matters

  • Blood pressure affects DOT cards. At higher readings, drivers get shorter certifications or must recheck—creating avoidable downtime. FMCSA guidance: 160–179/100–109 usually yields a 3-month certificate; >180/110 is disqualifying until controlled.

  • Even mild dehydration hurts performance. Studies simulating driving show more minor driving errors when slightly dehydrated (about 1–2% body-water loss).

  • Driver health risks are higher than average. National health data show drivers have elevated rates of hypertension and cardiometabolic risks versus other workers.

How HaulWell™ works (for drivers)

  • Measure: Quick BP check at the same times each workday.

  • Hydrate smart: A simple plan (how much, when), tuned to the route so it doesn’t add extra stops.

  • Reset fast: If a salty meal or a rough day pushes BP up, use our 3-minute “reset” script that helps bring numbers back toward baseline over the next 24–48 hours (sleep, fluids, sodium swap, light movement).

  • Keep it light: Two or three nudges per week—no spam, no lectures.

How HaulWell™ works (for fleets & partners)

  • Low lift: We plug into what you already do—driver meetings, safety briefings, or health fairs.

  • De-identified reporting: Weekly participation and trend snapshots; 30/60/90 summaries tied to operational language (readiness, avoidable rechecks, seat-days saved).

  • No workflow disruption: Routines take 60 seconds and align with dispatch rhythms.

Quick story

Dee is home every night. She’s reliable—and busy. A week of rushed meals and “I’ll drink water later” leads to a surprise high reading at a clinic visit. With HaulWell™, Dee adds two tiny changes: a timed water bottle cue and a daily 60-second BP check. Two weeks later, her readings stabilize, her confidence returns, and dispatch sees steadier days. Small steps, real payoff.

Marcus hits a rough reset—poor sleep and a salty meal spike his nerves and raise BP worries. He does two one-minute towel squeezes to release tension, then checks urine color and starts smart sips while swapping in a lower-sodium meal. Within minutes he feels calmer; by morning, hydration plus a short walk bring his BP back to his usual range. Small, route-friendly habits—grip work, hydration checks, and salt swaps—keep him DOT-ready without extra stops.

What you can expect

  • For drivers: More confidence before exams, steadier energy, fewer “uh-oh” moments.

  • For fleets: Fewer short-cards and rechecks, tighter schedules, clearer readiness signals.

  • For everyone: Respect, simplicity, and results you can see.

Our promise

  • Privacy first: We only share aggregated, de-identified trends with companies.

  • Driver respect: Plain language, no shame, culturally aware support.

  • Evidence-informed: We build around DOT rules and peer-reviewed hydration/BP science. (See sources below.)
