My journey to managing burnout in the workplace is deeply personal.
Yoga At Work was born from my own struggles of balancing health and a demanding corporate career. Twice in my life, I found myself medically compromised while trying to keep up with the relentless pace of full-time work. This forced me to reexamine my values, my priorities, and how I cared for myself.
This led me to leave my 24-year corporate career and dedicate myself to helping companies implement wellness endeavors around Yoga and mindfulness.
Why does workplace wellness matter?
– Uncared for employees are not dedicated employees
– A disengaged workforce is less productive
– Because healthcare costs are getting higher
As a certified Yoga teacher for 13 years, I’ve taught more than 1,500 hours, helping individuals and teams become better leaders, collaborators, and creators.
