After 24 years leading IT teams, I know what chronic workplace stress looks like from the inside.

I left corporate in 2022 after a medical diagnosis forced me to confront what I had normalized: constant urgency, back-to-back meetings, stress as a badge of honor.

Now I train distributed teams, tech companies, SMBs, large scale entities, and startups in real-time nervous system regulation utilizing my own lived experience and my certifications in Yoga, mindfulness, breath work, functional movement, and neuroscience. I teach practical skills that help people downshift between meetings, respond instead of react, and protect their focus during high-pressure sprints.

This is not yoga class for yoga people. It’s workplace performance training based on regulation science, delivered by someone who has been in your seat.
