Triangle Physical Medicine

We are a multi-disciplinary medical office. We have a medical director,a nurse practitioner, physical therapy and other rehabilitative procedures to help our patients get well. We look at the entire body to try and find the best solution to relieve pain for each individual. We do consultations to see what the patient may need as well as a full physical exam with our medical staff. We strive to help our patients get back their quality of life without the use of drugs and surgery in the treatment process.
