Tone & Texture Aesthetics and Wellness

Tone & Texture Aesthetics and Wellness is a women-owned, physician-led medical spa located on Chicago’s South Side, founded by Dr. Satara Brown and Dr. Nekaiya Jacobs Pratt. We provide personalized, evidence-based care designed to help our clients look and feel their best at every stage of life.

Our comprehensive services span aesthetics, advanced skincare, wellness consultations, healthy aging and hormone therapy, weight management, body contouring, massage, and restorative wellness. From customized skincare and injectables to physician-guided wellness and longevity-focused care, we take an integrated approach to confidence, health, and well-being.

Beyond our medical spa, Tone & Texture creates memorable spa parties, corporate wellness experiences, employee appreciation events, and health fair activations. Our experiences go beyond traditional wellness education by giving guests an opportunity to actually experience wellness. Depending on the event, we can create interactive Glow Bars and Reset Stations featuring mini skincare treatments, LED light therapy, chair massages, relaxing scalp, temple and neck treatments, cooling eye treatments, wellness assessments, and other restorative experiences—paired with practical, physician-led health and wellness education.

Whether guests visit us at our medical spa or experience Tone & Texture at the workplace or a special event, our goal is the same: to make high-quality aesthetics and wellness care approachable, inclusive, and enjoyable.

Confidence & Wellness Beyond Beauty, Personalized for Every Tone & Texture.
