Zen Miller is a multifaceted healer who takes the holistic approach to whole body wellness. She specializes in mind/body structural integration, a somatic approach to bringing your body back into balance.

Triple licensed in Florida and Washington State, Zen is a nationally certified massage therapist of 28 years with Intra-oral Endorsement. YoMa, her Signature Massage style, is heavily influenced by Thai, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Japanese and Ayurvedic techniques for chronic injuries and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.  

Master Esthetician of 18 years. Specializing in “Age Management”, her innovative, cutting edge treatments and products will leave you looking and feeling your absolute best.   

Zen is a Group Fitness Instructor of 38 years, USAF Vet, Energy Worker, Judge at the The Skin Games and World Massage Federation International Competitions. Continuing Educator. She has been featured on multiple podcasts and industry publications.
