The Physiotherapy Institute

I’m a self-proclaimed, Urban Wellness Health Education Specialist, who is passionate about improving my personal quality of life and the quality of life of those I serve. I’ve had the privilege of working as a professional in a city with millions of people and have observed varying degrees and causes of stress-related musculoskeletal dysfunction that occur as a result of living, working, and playing in an urban environment. From that observation, I created the Institute, because I saw a need for people to be more educated about how they moved throughout society.
